How Public Verify works (and why it matters)

Public Verify is simple: a recipient opens the verification link and checks the certificate outcome.

What they can validate

  • The certificate signature (ES256/JWS)
  • The SHA-256 fingerprint the result is bound to
  • The outcome label, score, and supporting reasoning

Why it matters

Evidence workflows break when verification requires “trust us”. Public Verify enables independent validation in seconds — for clients, courts, editors, auditors, or counterparties.

It’s not a marketing page — it’s a verification surface.
